George Sand
Realm of Remembrance
This project examines the concept of home in the aftermath of prolonged, pandemic-era movement. Developed through a period of sustained travel and introspection, this series reflects on the emotional and psychological dimensions of place. Rather than locating home in fixed geography, the work reveals its construction through memory, association, and personal history. Through a process of digital layering, I combine documentary photographs with vernacular imagery, personal documents, and fragments of popular culture. These composite images create a narrative filtered through the instability of recollection—where moments are blurred, reassembled, and reinterpreted.
