This photo project documents a global journey during the 2020 COVID-19 onset—traversing the US, three oceans, and 27 countries back to Hawaii—capturing emptied landscapes and liminal spaces in seven horizontal strips (each 7” high by 140” long), echoing analog film sequences and organized by hue for a chromatic progression that symbolizes freedom from isolation through color, light, and time.
